The short version: everything Tara Solen sells is digital, so delivery is instant. There is no physical shipping, no waiting for a courier, no delivery charge. When your payment clears, you either land in the customer portal ready to go, or a download link arrives in your inbox within minutes.
What we deliver, and how
- Workbooks and portal-access products (Radical Accountability Method, 7-Day Nervous System Reset, Shadow Work Portal, Detox Your Control, Nervous System Audit, From Primal to Powerful, Wellness-Washed Decoder) — delivered as portal access. You'll receive an email with your login details and can access the material from any device, anywhere in the world.
- Guided meditations (Somatic Safety Activation, Future Self Rewiring, Morning Regulator, Emergency Brake) — delivered as portal-hosted audio and video. Stream from anywhere with an internet connection. No app required.
- Masterclasses (Vagus Nerve Mastery) — delivered as portal-hosted video with lifetime access.
- eBooks (You Were Never Broken, The Frequency Is You, It Wasn't Love. It Was Control., Turns Out You Weren't Too Much, Stop Gender Wars) — delivered as instant PDF download plus portal access for re-download.

Delivery timing
Digital delivery is typically instant to five minutes from payment confirmation. Portal access is set up automatically. Email delivery links arrive from hello@reclaimwithtara.com.
If your delivery email hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam or promotions folder first (the initial email sometimes lands there). If it's genuinely missing, contact us and we'll resend within one working day.
Delivery cost
There is no delivery charge on any Tara Solen product. Digital delivery is included in the purchase price.
Delivery region
We deliver worldwide. Because everything is digital, there are no shipping restrictions, no customs, and no import duties. If you can access the internet, you can access your purchase.
All prices at checkout are typically shown in USD and are processed in USD. Your bank or card provider will convert to your local currency at their prevailing rate.
Accessing your portal
The Tara Solen customer portal is at portal.reclaimwithtara.com. Log in with the email address you used at checkout. If you've forgotten your password, use the reset link on the login page.
Once logged in, all your purchased products are available under your library. There is no expiry — as long as the product remains in our library, you have access.
If something goes wrong
The most common delivery issues and how to resolve them:
- Delivery email not received. Check spam and promotions folders. Still nothing? Email us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend within one working day.
- Portal login not working. Try the password-reset link on the portal login page. If that doesn't work, contact us with your order details.
- File download failing. Try again from a different browser or device. eBooks are standard PDFs and open with any PDF reader. If the file itself is corrupted, contact us and we'll issue a fresh download.
- Bought the wrong product. We can swap it or refund you within 30 days — see our Refund Policy.
This delivery policy is effective as of 2026 and applies to all digital purchases from Tara Solen.
